Cyber Monday will once again be the biggest online spending day in US history.
Online sales are expected to reach $1.1 trillion on Black Friday the most in any day in history, according to Forbes.com.
If online shopping were a country, it would be the fifth biggest in the world, according to the Economist Intelligence Unit.
Cyber Monday is expected to be the “largest day of online retail sales ever,” according to Experian Marketing Services. Check out this resource to get more information on online shopping.

The National Retail Federation says the Cyber Monday sales would be equal to 4% of total retail sales.
That’s the equivalent of some $800 billion in sales on Friday, Friday, and then Cyber Monday, according to the NRTF.
By contrast, there are only about 30 days a year when Cyber Monday, or Black Friday, takes over as the biggest online shopping day.

“Today’s data proves that digital channels can be just as successful and relevant as physical stores,” the NRTF said. The NRTF said that online sales are expected to more than double this year, to an estimated $120 billion. According to Nielsen, online sales accounted for more than $1.7 trillion of total global consumer spending last year.
